Our aim is to ensure that your tenancy is as hassle-free as possible from the start and throughout the duration of your stay.
  
Blackwood Property provides a professional property Letting & Management service to both Tenants and Landlords, ensuring the highest standards are achieved and maintained.

After viewing a property, your interest is registered by placing a good faith deposit with Blackwood Property.  We will then hold the property exclusively for you and obtain references. Subject to satisfactory feedback, lease documents will be drawn up and the good faith deposit set off against the full deposit receivable.  Should your referencing fail, the good faith deposit will be returned to you, less reference fees.

Blackwood Property has joined Deposit Protection Services (DPS), a government tenancy deposit scheme, where your deposit will be registered.  This safeguards your deposit in the event of a dispute.

Details Required for Tenancy:

• Names, addresses, contact numbers and email addresses of occupiers
• An alternative mailing address (work, family or friends)
• Employer details
• Previous landlord details
• Credit check authorisation form
• First month rent and 6 weeks rent as deposit to be paid (cleared funds prior to move-in date)
• Fees to be paid
