Blackwood Property was established in September 2005 with the goal of becoming the leading property letting and management company in SW London. With more than 15 years experience in both the property and financial sectors, we created a niche organisation focused on residential Property Investment and Letting & Management.
As Property Investors, we have a strong understanding and awareness of the issues that Landlords may encounter, and stay abreast of any legislative changes which could affect the residential letting market. This is beneficial to both us, in the management of our property portfolio, and to Landlords whose properties we manage.
